Young Frostburg Woman Parishes In Car Accident

Tia Wilhelm died on Friday, August 28th when she lost control of her vehicle and smashed into a boulder then spun into a tree. Sources say she was arguing with her boyfriend when she began to follow him as he attempted to elude her.
